We recently received the below thank you note from the wife of a policyholder who passed away. She was grateful for how quickly and efficiently her husband’s claim was handled.

Hearing about a positive claims experience means so much to us because we know that when someone is calling our office to file a claim, it’s often one of the worst days of their life. We understand that their loved one recently passed away and they are probably overwhelmed with details and emotions.
Although there are times when the claims process can be delayed if additional information is needed, our goal is to have claims processed within two business days. We want our policyholders’ loved ones to focus on what matters most – their loved one who passed away, and not worried about how to complete the life insurance policy claims process.
