We are proud to support Goodman Community Center and participate in the 34th Annual Thanksgiving Basket Drive! In addition to NGL being a $5,000 sponsor of the Thanksgiving Basket Drive, 11 members of our NGL team volunteered to assist with the basket distribution. Through the generous community donations of food, volunteer efforts and monetary support, Goodman Community Center distributed 4,000 Thanksgiving baskets to families – that means 25,000 Dane County residents, including 10,000 children were served!
The Thanksgiving Baskets had all of the items needed to cook a delicious meal – turkey, carrots, potatoes, onions, canned veggies, pumpkin pie, oil, roasting pan, rolls, macaroni and cheese, stuffing, gravy, chicken broth and jellied cranberries. These items helped families create lasting memories instead of worrying about how they will afford to pay for groceries.
A huge thank you to our amazing team members, Leah, Tarra, Alex, Angel, Kiley and Amanda for loading cars, Drew and Kristi for putting the ice cream and milk into bags, Mike for directing traffic, and Sarah and Nicole for bagging vegetables. We are incredibly grateful for your efforts to help people in our community.

At NGL, volunteering and helping others in our community is an important part of our culture. Because we appreciate our employees giving back, we offer eight work hours per year of paid time for employees to volunteer at nonprofits of their choice.
