Providing assistance to a customer during a difficult time

It was a snowy day that resulted in a two hour delay for employees at NGL’s headquarters in Madison, WI. Being new to NGL, Taylor was learning the ins and outs of her role and training with Heather when a call came in that they will both remember forever.

Taylor received a call from an understandably upset customer whose son had passed away earlier that morning. Although it was hard coming to work on such a cold and snowy day, that call put into perspective the valuable impact her work can have on policyholders and their families.
