On January 22, over 50 NGL employees took the time out of their work schedules to donate and/or volunteer for our blood drive supporting the American Red Cross. Because of their generous donations we were able to collect 56 units of blood. That’s a record number of units collected in the history of NGL’s blood drives.
The blood drive was especially important because there has been a blood shortage this month. With each blood donation potentially saving up to three lives that means our thoughtful employee donations could save 168 lives!

Special thanks to the organizers of the blood drive – Travis, Bethany, Lori and Brad. They did an excellent job encouraging people to sign up to donate blood and to volunteer to bring in snacks for the canteen.
