Karen Chadwick, Operations Manager, Agent Solutions Team

Congratulations to Karen Chadwick on her recent promotion to Operations Manager of our Agent Solutions Team. In her new role she’ll oversee the daily management of the team and work alongside our Marketing Partners, agents, and funeral homes to ensure our service meets and exceeds expectations.

“I am excited to be selected as the next leader of Agent Solutions. Our focus has always been a high-level of personalized service. I intend to not only continue that standard but also look for opportunities to improve upon it,” shares Karen.

Karen began her career at NGL in 2017 as a Customer Service Phone Representative and quickly became a favorite of agents and funeral homes. With her kind nature and dedication to problem solving, she was promoted to Senior Account Manager and then to Team Lead of Agent Solutions in 2019 where she grew into a knowledgeable, reliable leader.

“We are incredibly pleased to have Karen as our next Operations Manager of Agent Solutions,” says Drew Prenli, Assistant Vice President of Customer Solutions. “She has already developed many strong connections with our partners, and I am confident that these relationships will only grow stronger in her new role. She is driven to provide success for not only her team, but also for the funeral homes and agents that we partner with. We look forward to a bright future with Karen leading our team!”

“I love working with our partners, agents and funeral homes. What they do is important to their community and the families they serve. It is my goal to make their day a little easier by either solving a problem with them or strengthening my team’s knowledge base to achieve one-call resolution,” says Karen.

As a Wisconsin native, Karen can be found snowmobiling in the winter and riding her Harley Davidson in the summer. She is an animal lover with two dogs and a cat. Karen loves to travel and enjoys spending time with her husband Terry, son Paul and friends.
