We kicked off Pride Month this morning with a Flowers & Flags event. Members of our LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) planted flowers in front of our building. The flowers represent the colors of the Pride flag. The ERG also placed garden pride flags around the building that include the message “Every One Is Welcome Here.”

It was a beautiful day for the activity and the group enjoyed doing something that visually displays NGL’s commitment to the LGBTQ+ community! We are dedicated to creating a welcoming workplace that is inclusive and safe for all.
