We are still thinking about last week’s successful 2021 NFDA International Convention & Expo. It was exciting to see everyone again and reconnect. From the inspirational keynote speakers to the educational sessions and evening activities, we had a great time at the convention in Nashville.

Jennifer Kaset, NGL Regional Vice President of Sales and David Garpiel, NGL Assistant Vice President, Distribution Solutions shared a couple of thoughts about their conference experience.

“It’s hard to put into words how much I enjoyed seeing everyone at NFDA. It felt so good to be back together again. I was grateful to reunite face-to-face with our clients and funeral professionals in the industry, all who I am fortunate enough to call friends, while also meeting new colleagues in the industry,” shares Jennifer.

“There was a lot of focus on technology and evolving to help funeral homes and agents be more efficient so they can spend more time with families. The industry mindset has shifted for many people to go digital after needing to rethink their day-to-day activities because of what happened during the pandemic, especially the early phases when we were all still learning,” says David.

“We had a fantastic time in Nashville with everyone during this very successful event. I’m thankful to be in an industry I love. Looking forward to seeing everyone again next year in Baltimore!!” shares Jennifer.
