NGL is pleased to announce Dwayne Maddox has joined the company as the new Marketing Director. Maddox will oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, including the coordination of marketing campaigns and strategies related to NGL’s preneed and specialty insurance products.
“Maddox is a strategic marketing leader with a range of experience in leading integrated marketing communications. He is a talented marketer and relationship builder whose expertise will help take NGL’s marketing programs to the next level. We are excited for him to join our team,” said Dave Anderson, NGL Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Maddox has nearly 15 years of insurance experience with 11 years as the Advertising Director at American Family Insurance and three years at Allstate.
“I joined NGL because of the company’s strong history and legacy, as well as the vision and passion of the new leadership team led by Knut Olson and Dave Anderson. I’m excited to serve the organization with such a thoughtful and experienced team as we continue to drive innovative growth and sustained success for NGL,” said Maddox.
Maddox holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing & Urban Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also has a Bachelor Arts in Marketing from St. John’s University in New York City.
As a leader in the community, Maddox serves as a member of the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County Board of Directors and is the Development Chairman for the Sun Prairie Boys & Girls Club. He also serves as a member of the Community Development Authority for Sun Prairie.
