April is recognized as National Volunteer Month. We are proud to say our NGL team members volunteer throughout the year at their favorite nonprofits. Volunteers give their time, knowledge and energy. National Volunteer Month recognizes and celebrates the crucial difference they are making in their communities.
In 2023, members of our team volunteered more than 365 hours at local nonprofit organizations. From sorting and packaging food to assembling diaper packs, giving blood, and removing invasive plant species, our team members had a fun and rewarding experience helping those around them thrive.
Because we appreciate their thoughtful act of giving back, NGL offers eight work hours per year of paid time for employees to volunteer at a nonprofit of their choice. Quarterly we share available in-person volunteer opportunities, plus individual and group activities.
